William Davidson and James Corner found guilty of the highway robbery of Thomas Bent in the parish of St Michael within the Liberty of St Albans  on 19th December 1778: robbing him of a silver watch (valued at 30/-), a silver watch seal (valued at 30/-), 5 gold guineas and 4/- in money numbered.  Executed.
